Wolf, Skins, and Nassau: The Golf Games Every Group Should Know
Three classic on-course formats that turn an ordinary round into a real competition.
Wolf is a rotating partner game for four players. On each tee, the Wolf chooses a partner after watching the tee shots, or goes solo for a bigger pot.
Skins is the cleanest competitive format in golf. Win a hole outright and you take the skin. Tie it, and the skin carries over to the next.
Nassau is three matches in one: front nine, back nine, and overall. It is the format that makes every nine matter and lets a group come back from a rough start.
